At JW PEI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or seamless exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original JW PEI dust bag and box, ensuring all protective films and tags are intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
